When will my ScorePod ship?
New pre-orders are expected to ship by November 7, 2026. Existing pre-orders keep the original shipping date shown on their order. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order goes out. If anything changes with that date, we’ll email you before your order ships.
When am I charged?
Your card is charged in full at checkout, just like a regular order. Pre-ordering locks in your unit and the price of $49.
Why pre-order instead of waiting?
We build in limited batches. Pre-orders tell us exactly how many units to make.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships — just message us through the Contact page with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final except for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered items.
Can I change my color or shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us with your order number and the change you’d like.
Which leagues does ScorePod cover?
MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, men’s college football and men’s college basketball. Follow any combination, and pick up to six favorite teams across them. College football coverage includes every top-25 matchup plus any game involving one of your favorites.
What are the four screens?
All Scores rotates through every game in your chosen leagues. My Teams gives each of your favorites its own page that stays put while it updates. Game Day dedicates the screen to one sport’s full slate. Game Clock is an animated flip clock with a countdown to first pitch, kickoff or tipoff and a live score when your team is playing. Swipe between them any time.
Do I need an app?
No. Plug it in, scan the QR code on the screen with your phone, join ScorePod’s temporary Wi-Fi, pick your home 2.4 GHz network, then choose your sports and teams. It takes about five minutes and your phone doesn’t need to stay connected afterward. Hold a finger on the screen for two seconds any time to change settings.
Does it need to be plugged in?
Yes. ScorePod runs on continuous USB power; it isn’t a battery device. It needs a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with internet access for live updates.
Can I turn it off at night?
Yes. Set your own quiet hours and the screen turns off and on automatically. Tap it during quiet hours to wake it for five minutes at a softer brightness, or choose to keep it dimly on while a favorite team is live. Games keep updating in the background.
How accurate are the scores?
Scores and stats come from a trusted, reliable sports data provider. Timing can differ slightly from a TV broadcast, and detailed stats vary by league and game. ScorePod shows live sports information — it does not stream video.
Will it get updates?
Yes. Software improvements and new team logos download to the device over Wi-Fi, with progress shown on screen. Nothing to mail back.
