Shipping policy
Pre-orders: ScorePod is currently sold on a pre-order basis. New pre-orders are expected to ship by November 7, 2026. Existing pre-orders keep the original shipping date shown on their order. Your payment is collected at checkout, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. If the ship date changes, we will email you an updated estimate before your order ships.
Processing: Once units are in stock, orders are processed in the order they were received and typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: Shipping rates and delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and begin once your order has shipped, not from the order date.
Address changes: If you need to change your shipping address before your order ships, contact us through the Contact page with your order number as soon as possible.
Lost or damaged shipments: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the carrier's estimated window, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
