Pre-order cancellation policy
ScorePod pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. New pre-orders are expected to ship by November 7, 2026. Existing pre-orders keep the original shipping date shown on their order. If a production or shipping delay changes your expected ship date, we will email you with an updated estimate.
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order ships. To cancel, email us through the Contact page with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Once a pre-order has shipped, it is treated like any other order and is covered by our standard Return and Refund Policy.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
